How we build it
Every deployment is documented to the last terminal, so your team can own it the day we hand it over.
Below every control system is the power that feeds it. We engineer low-voltage distribution — circuit breakers, contactors, motor starters and busbar — with discrimination studied rather than assumed, protection relays set to the equipment they defend, and power management meters where the consumption needs to be seen. Panels are built to international standards, notably IEC 61439, with the verification records to show it.

Discrimination, studied not assumed
A fault on one machine that trips the incomer takes down the plant. Selective coordination between upstream and downstream devices is what keeps the trip local, and it depends on curves and settings rather than on device size alone.
We study it and document the result, so the next person adding a load knows what the design assumed.
Built to a standard that can be evidenced
IEC 61439 is a design and verification regime, not a sticker. Temperature rise, short-circuit withstand, clearances and creepage are addressed at design time and recorded, which is what makes an assembly defensible to an inspector or an insurer.
The same records are what let a panel be extended safely years later, rather than guessed at.
Metering that changes a decision
A single meter at the incomer tells you the bill. Meters at feeder and major-load level tell you which department, which line and which machine created it — and that is the level at which anyone can actually act.
Power quality data from the same devices also explains a category of intermittent faults that otherwise gets blamed on the control system.

Common questions
- Can you work on our existing switchgear?
- Yes, for protection settings, metering and extensions. Where the existing assembly cannot be evidenced against a standard, we say so rather than certify around it.
- Is IEC 61439 mandatory for us?
- That depends on your jurisdiction and your insurer. Even where it is not required, the verification records are the cheapest way to make a panel maintainable by someone who did not build it.
- Do you supply the switchgear as well?
- We specify and procure it, and we are not tied to one manufacturer. Where your site is standardised on a brand for spares reasons, we stay in it.
